Anime and manga fans are in for a treat as they will be able to hear the soundtrack of their favourite anime performed live on stage very soon. From 27 to 28 May only, the 55-strong klpac Symphonic Band will be bringing to life some of the most recognised Japanese tunes in Salam Konnichiwa under the baton of Cheryl Mah.
Cosplayers can also bust out their costumes and come dressed as their favourite characters as the band plays songs from Doraemon, Ultraman, One Piece, Lupin the Third and Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind and many more. Anime music aside, the band will also be playing music by AKB48, Kyu Sakamoto and Teresa Teng.
Sunday @ 3pm: Relaxed performance
Relaxed performance is intended to be sensitive to and accepting of audiences with autistic spectrum conditions, sensory and communication disorder, children with special needs or people with learning challenges.
